Conducted a detailed feasibility study for a new business model to support the launch of innovative independence and safety products. Progressed the opportunity to the fund raising by developing a strategy comprising a number of alternative investments.

We worked with QAMH to engage program providers and support nationally developing a program for NDIS readiness, analysing their impact, developing tools of support all D2DL providers and reporting on findings at their national forum.

Holy Cross Laundry (HCL) is a subsidiary of the Mercy Sisters and is a commercial laundry servicing hospital and aged care facilities in South East Queensland, we defined their markets and created an activity plan, budget and KPI metrics.

Worked with RACQ Executive team to develop a framework to measure member and community value of the RACQ engagement. Enabling RACQ to have a consistent and best practice framework towards their CSR and Shared Value initiatives and get to the right balance across investment / return / community / member.

WMB contracted Social Scaffolding to prepare an application to the NAB Impact Investment Readiness Fund (IIRF).This project required analysis and business modelling of a government funded program to determine the viability of a financially sustainable social enterprise. The Social Canvas developed by Social Scaffolding as part of this application will be used to inform other opportunities for this program and business model.

We helped to developed workshops for NDS including a Readiness Toolkit that incorporated learnings from trial sites and client base and workbook for participants to commence their planning and priorities during the workshop and provided support to participants post-workshop.
